针对太原市城乡规划局办公中存在的问题,自主设计、研发了太原市城乡规划局公文管理系统,通过一事一表、来文来函、文件管理三大模块实现了重大工程项目、来文来函、公文办件等的实时更新、预警监控、查询统计及智能督办,并进行了移动办公的扩展及对外接口的实现.该系统的应用有效地提高了内部管理信息传递的速度,降低了办公成本,提高了工作效率.

The Design and Implementation of Taiyuan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau Document Management System

For the existing problems our bureau＇s office work faces, Taiyuan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau Document Management System has been designed and implemented independently by our institute. Large scale engineering project, document and letter received, o ffi cial document can be managed through real-time updating, early warning monitoring,inquiry statistics, intelligent supervising and handling through thethreeModule ＂One EventOnaTable DocumentandLetterReceived ＂and ＂File Management＂. Furthermore, this system also makes the mobile working come true. Computer interface also be developed to exchange data with other platforms. This system can increase the velocity of message transfer,reduce the official cost,improve work and supervision efficiency.
