风磨机打击轮连接梁结构分析

摘    要:基于有限元法,应用ANSYS7.0结构分析软件,对热电厂风扇磨煤机打击轮连接梁进行结构分析,得出连接梁的应力场与整体变形。计算结果表明,与打击轮的前盘、后盘相比,连接梁具有足够的强度储备。

Abstract:Base on finite element the structural analysis for the linking beam on pulverizing wheel of a mill in a power plant have been completed by using ANSYS7.0. The results, that are calculated stress fields and whole deformation of the linking beam, show the linking beam to have enough strength store to the front and back ring.
