摘    要:通过T/P91钢焊条的研制,研究了不同合金元素种类及含量对焊缝组织及性能的影响,结果表明,在其它合金元素含量相近的情况下,钼元素能够明显降低焊缝的相变点,熔敷金属中的钼含量应当按照标准要求的上限选取.

Abstract:The effects of type and content of alloying elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of T/P91steel weld were studied through developing T/P91 electrode.The results show that the molybdenum element can decrease the phase transformation point of weld on the condition of having the similar content with other alloying elements.The molybdenum content in the deposited metal should be selected according to the upper limit of the criterion.
