| 摘 要： | “社区中心”在中国城市规划界一直存在概念上的诸多解释，作者通过对其产生根源进行追溯，从而获得一个较为清晰明确的概念，并且简要分析了当前中国城市住区中社区中心所面临的困境，进一步对社区中心的建设提出了若干建议，以期能对我国城市规划学科水平的提高和城市住区的营建有所裨益。

| Abstract: | In China, there are many explanations to the term of community center in the circle of city planning. By tracing back to the source of this term, the author makes it clear and definite. After briefly analyzing the present difficulty in the construction of the community center in residential areas, the author gives some suggestion in its construction so as to improve the level of city planning and the construction of the residential areas. |
