摘    要:加工中心机床是机床中自动化程度较高、工序较为集中的机床之一,应用传统的夹具使加工中心的优越性很难发挥.论文在结合传统夹具定位夹紧理论的基础上,利用新兴的夹紧元件及数控转台部件和转轴的抱紧机构,从另外一种思路开发出了回转夹具,使被夹紧工件能绕水平轴转动,从而增加了加工中心的使用范围.实践证明,该夹具应用可靠,设计简单合理,实用性强

Abstract:Machining center is one type of machine tools having high automation and preforming more operations. But it is difficult to bring the advantage of machining center into play with traditional fixture. This paper describes a new rotary fixture With new clamping components and NC rotary table as well as enclasping mechanism of horizontal rotation shaft based on the theory of locating and clamping of traditional fixture. With this type of fixture, the clamped part can rotate around the horizontal shaft so that the application scope of machining center can be enlarged. This type of fixture has been proved to be reliable in application, simple and reasonable in design and very practicable.
