包装生产线控制系统中通信协议的分析与设计

摘    要:提出了在包装生产线控制系统中使用基于CAN 总线的通信网络,可以较好地满足其特定的高可靠性和实时性要求,本文对CAN 技术规范2.0A进行了深入的分析, 在帧结构的基础上对CAN通信协议的实现作了一定的分析和介绍,并结合实际应用, 给出了通信的设计结构和软件实现方法.实际应用表明, 该方法数据传输可靠, 通信速率高, 连接方便, 解决了总线冲突等问题, 取得了较好的应用效果.

Abstract:The communication network based on the CAN bus can be applied in the product line of packaging system and meets the requirements of high reliability and RTC. CAN Specification Version 2.0A was analyzed in detail. Implementation of communication protocol of CAN was analyzed on the basis of data frame structure. Combined with real application, the design confignration and software design method were also given. The practical results showed that the proposed method has the advantage of transferring reliability of data, high communication speed, and convenient connection. It solves the problem of bus conflict, and gains better results.
