| 摘 要： | 射频系统级封装是近年发展起来的实现射频电子系统的一种创新技术。对高速数据处理和高密度封装技术的特点及对射频系统封装的特殊要求进行论述．介绍了射频系统封装的基本技术和一种包含LAN、PPA、滤波器、天线开关等的射频系统级封装组件。论述了射频系统级封装的系统设计、仿真、测试的方法和步骤。

| Abstract: | It described the characters of high-speed data processing and high-density packaging technology and their especial requirements for RF system's packaging. It also described the basic technology of the RF system's packaging and a System-In-Package (SIP) module of RF system with LNA, PPA, filter and antenna switch. The design, simulation and testing process of RF system' s SIP were discussed in detail. |
