| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,物流在中国得到了飞速的发展,是经济活动中的一个热点问题,采购物流管理已是当前企业管理的重要方向,通过提高采购物流活动的效率,可以达到降低成本,提高企业竞争力的目的。本文阐述了目前我国物流管理中的一些突出问题,及造成采购物流成本过高的原因,分析了一些国内外大型企业在控制采购物流成本方面的具体措施,并提出企业降低采购物流成本的对策。
