| 摘 要： | 本文分析了德兴铜矿大山选矿厂引进的皮带重型卸料小车,在驱动系统发生故障、控制系统失灵时,原阻车装置作用失效,小车脱轨、损坏的原因,提出了在小车头部机架上安装一种新的阻车装置方案并实施,解决了重型卸料小车脱轨、撞坏的问题,确保小车安全可靠运行。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the causes of derailing and damage of heavy belt discharge trolley which is introduced by Dashan Concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine,when driving and control system are failed and the original stopper device is out of order.A proposal is offered and has been put into practice,which has solved the problems of derailing and crashing and ensures the trolley's safe and reliable operation. |
