用多功能沉淀结晶槽沉淀重铀酸钠

多功能沉淀结晶槽是一种制备粗颗粒晶体的设备，在沉淀结晶的同时可过滤出母液，使晶浆不断浓缩，晶体不断长大，具有结构紧凑，操作稳定等特点。用该设备从酸性淋洗合格液中沉淀重铀酸钠，进行了每h处理50L的连续试验，结果表明，所得重铀酸钠晶浆的过滤、脱水性能良好，产品质量达到新的铀浓缩物一级品质量标准。

PRECIPITATING SODIUM DIURANATE BY MULTIFUNCTION PRECIPITATION AND CRYSTALLINE TANK

A multifunction precipitation and crystalline tank is a kind of equipment for preparing big granular crystal. The characteristic of this device is that, while precipitating, the mother solution is filtrated and the slurry is concentrated, which makes the crystal continually grow. The device's structure is well-organized and the operation process is stable. A continuous experiment of sodium diuranate precipitation from acid concentrated eluate with the velocity of 50 L/h is carried by this device. The result shows that the dehydration property of the obtained sodium diuranate crystal slurry is well. The quality of the product meets the first-level of the new uranium concentrate standard.
