LED汽车前大灯散热与光衰研究

摘    要:要实现LED作为汽车绿色节能照明的目标,必须解决LED高效率散热的问题.因此,减小LED前大灯工作温度对光衰和寿命的影响是必须解决的技术难题.着重讨论大功率LED应用在汽车大灯上解决散热和光衰的思路和方法,并且对比分析试验样件和目标产品上获得相关数据.

Abstract:The high-power LED is applied as the light source of automobile headlamp. Only by solving the issue of LED high efficiency cooling can the goal of using LED as vehicle energy-saving lighting be achieved. Therefore, how to reduce the impact of the LED headlamps working temperature on optical failure and life has become a serious technological problem, and it must be correctly solved. This paper focuses on addressing the ideas and methods of high-power LED in automobile headlights on the LED cooling and optical failure, using test samples and targeted products to obtain the relevant data, doing some beneficial exploration of the automotive technology for energy-saving, environmental protection and new industrical energy development.
