摘    要:基于静力学模型,结合机械加工工艺性,对6-3-3并联机构各零部件进行了结构设计.在Pro/E软件中建立了该机构各零件数字化模型并提取了几何和质量参数信息.最后给出了该机构总装配数字化模型。为该机构物理样机的制作与测试提供了技术基础.

Abstract:Firstly,the After method of configuration design for 6-3-3 parallel mechanism based on statics and manufacturing processes was expounded.Secondly,results of 3-D modeling of parts for the mechanism were presented by Pro/ Engineer software,and then information of geometry parameters and mass parameters was extracted.Finally,digital models of final assembly for the mechanism were given.Technically,the investigation will be helpful for manufacturing and testing with physical prototyping of the parallel mechanism.
