基于ANSYS六自由度串联机械臂联接轴的结构优化

摘    要:在六自由度串联机械臂结构优化设计过程中,建立了六自由度串联机械臂中薄弱环节联接轴的有限元模型,采用ANSYS软件对联接轴结构进行分析,得出了联接轴在工作状态下的应力分布规律以及变形状况,表明了联接轴的结构设计满足了刚度和强度要求,同时也为对其结构进行进一步优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The structure of six-degree of freedom mechanical arm in series is designed,the FEM model of the coupling spindle is established and analysed in ANSYS and the stress distribution regularity and the deformation is obtained.The results show that such mechanical arm in series meets the technical requirements.Meanwhile,it provides a basis for further optimum design.
