锌、镓改性HZSM-5分子筛催化烷烃芳构化工艺研究

摘    要:用浸渍法把Ga、Zn以氧化物的形式负载于HZSM-5上制得催化剂,用于催化C3-4烷烃芳构化反应,确定了添加剂的含量,研究了反应条件对催化剂活性的影响,实验结果表明:分别加入2%Ga和2%Zn的HASM-5后,反应转化率为92%,芳烃选择性达78.6%,二甲苯中对二甲苯含量大于995,反应进行了100h,催化活性无明显降低,显示出良好的催化活性和稳定性。

Abstract:HZSM-5 loaded oxides of zinc and gallium by impregnation method for the catalytic aromatization of C3-4hydrocarbon has been prepared. The adding quantity of zinc and gallium, and the effect of the reaction conditions on the catalyst activity has been studicd. The results have shown that when adding 2% zinc and gallium separately to the catalyst, the conversion is 92%, the selectivity for aromatic hydrocarbons is 78.6%, and the content of p-xylene ≥99% in xylene. The activity of the catalyst has not decreased evidently after 100h reaction. So the catalyst has shown high activity and stability for the aromatization of C3-4-hydrocarbons.
