预应力管道真空压浆技术在杭州湾大桥的应用

摘    要:在后张法预应力混凝土结构中,传统的都是采用孔道压浆防止预应力筋锈蚀,这种方法普遍灌浆不密实,给工程留下隐患.杭州湾跨海大桥工程足我国罕见的大型海洋工程,工程的安全使用寿命对工程的长期经济效应极为重要.了解真空压浆技术在该桥的研究、应用及较为完善的工艺.

Abstract:In the structure of post-tensioning prestressed concrete,the anti-rust for prestressed bars is done by means of the traditional drill-compressing grouting,but this method results in less density,which does damage ccured to projects.Hangzhouwa transoceanic extra-long bridge is the unique project in China,its safety is very vital for the long-term economic profits of the this bridge.The application,research and the comparatively perfect technology of prestressed pipe vacuum grouting technology are stated.
