摘    要:在立式水轮发电机组安装与检修中,导轴承间隙的计算调整是极为关键的一步,现在业内对立式机组导轴承间隙的计算方法多样,导瓦间隙调整接近完美。通过对立式机组的盘车数据的分析,给出了不同数据类型下导瓦间隙分配的计算方法,并以实例的方式做介绍说明,最后提出了综合的导瓦间隙分配调整原则,供大家参考。

Abstract:In the installation and maintenance of vertical water-turbine generator set,the calculation and adjustment of the guide bearing clearance is a critical step.Currently,a variety of methods are available for the calculation of the vertical guide bearing clearance,and the guide bearing clearance adjustment is nearly perfect.Through the analysis of the rolling data of the vertical unit,the calculation method of the guide bearing clearance allocation under different data types is proposed,and the method is explained with actual engineering project.Finally,the comprehensive guide bearing clearance allocation and adjustment principle is proposed for reference.
