| 摘 要： | 结合G2012线营盘水-双塔高速公路YS8合同段工程实际,对定型钢模和土牛底模现浇箱梁施工技术进行总结。通过施工技术的创新有效解决传统现浇箱梁模板施工存在的成本较高,施工速度较慢、影响施工进度,支撑体系设计的安全性、支架及模板的制作安装质量,箱梁模板施工效率较低等缺点。

| Abstract: | Combined with the engineering practice of YS8 contract section of yingpanshuiShuangta expressway of G2012 line,this paper summarizes the construction technology of the cast-in-place box girder of the set shaped steel formwork and the Tuniou bottom formwork.Through the innovation of construction technology,the disadvantages of traditional cast-in-place box girder formwork construction,such as high cost,slow construction speed,impact on construction progress,safety of support system design,quality of fabrication and installation of support and formwork,and low construction efficiency of box girder formwork,are effectively solved. |
