摘    要:当前我国社会经济快速发展,导致能源环境问题接踵而至,绿色、生态、环保成为了各个行业的发展趋势。BIM技术由于其信息化、参数化及可视化的特点为绿色建筑的设计提供了更有效的解决方案。拟选取一栋教学楼为研究对象,将Revit中的建筑信息模型导入绿建斯维尔软件,实现了同一建筑模型在不同软件中的交互应用,减少了在不同软件中重复建模的时间,提高了绿色建筑设计的效率。

Abstract:At present,the rapid development of China s social economy has triggered more and more energy and environment issues.Green,ecology and environmental protection have become the development trends of various industries.Because of its characteristics of information,parameterization and visualization,BIM(Building Information Model)technology provides more effective solutions for the design of green buildings.In this paper,a teaching building was selected as the a case study.The building information model in Revit was imported into Thsware software to realize the interactive application of the same building model in different software,which reduced the time of repeated modeling in different software and improved the efficiency of green building design.At the same time,the energy saving analysis was carried out by using Thsware software.Besides,the optimal building material combination scheme in line with GB/T 50378-2014 of China s green building evaluation standard was selected,so as to realize the optimal design of green building.
