摘    要:工程实践教学是学生从学校向工作岗位过渡的关键环节,也是将理论应用于实际的关键步骤。就轻化工程专业实践教学存在的师资结构不合理、缺乏实践教学经验指导教师、实践教学投入不足、实习基地不固定的问题进行了初步探讨,提出了通过培训校内教师与聘用企业高级工程师相结合,加强实习基地的建设,认真对待毕业设计环节,确保毕业设计效果等方法,达到提升学生专业实践能力的目的。

Abstract:Engineering practice teaching was not only a key link for students to transition from school to work,but also a key step for applying theory to practice.The problems of unreasonable teaching faculty structure,the lack of experience in teaching practice,insufficient practical teaching and unfixed practice base were discussed.The method of combining the training of school teachers with the employment of enterprise senior engineer,strengthening the construction of practice base,seriously dealing with link of graduation design link and ensuring the effect of graduation design were put forward,to achieve the purpose of improving students′practical ability.
