摘    要:生物膜膜生物反应器是生物膜技术和膜生物反应器的结合,由于其拥有生物量大、降解能力强等优点,是近些年受人关注的水处理工艺之一。本文主要介绍了两类生物载体(生物填料、颗粒污泥)耦合膜生物反应器,并分析评价了近些年来其在废水处理性能和膜污染控制的相关研究成果。阐述了生物填料(悬浮式生物填料、固定式生物填料)的处理效果、降解机制以及微生物群落结构和颗粒污泥在MBR工艺中的培养、稳定、处理现状。同时,分析了两类生物载体对滤饼层、膜孔堵塞以及微生物代谢产物的影响,并对其发展前景做了展望,可为该工艺的工业化应用提供帮助。

Abstract:Biofilm-membrane bioreactor is a combination of biofilm technology and membrane bioreactor.Due to its high biomass concentrations and outstanding biodegradation capacity,it is one of the wastewater treatment processes that have attracted researchers’attention in recent years.The paper mainly introduced two bio-carriers(bio-filler,granular sludge)coupled with MBR,and summarized and evaluated the latest research advances of wastewater treatment performance and membrane fouling control in BF-MBR.The wastewater treatment performance,mechanism and microbial community structure of bio-fillers(suspended bio-fillers,fixed bio-fillers),and the cultivation mechanism,stability mechanism and wastewater treatment of granular sludge in MBR were described.At the same time,the effects of two bio-carriers on pore clogging,cake layer formation and microbial metabolites were analyzed,and their development prospects were prospected,whichprovidethe support for the industrial application of the process.
