梳棉机不同材质的活动盖板使用性能分析

摘    要:通过对梳棉机活动盖板结构和在梳理区运转时的运行状态分析,阐述了活动盖板踵趾面磨损原因,提出了踵趾面的测试方法;并针对目前使用的铸铁盖板和铝合金盖板进行对比试验。结果表明:铝合金盖板具有成纱质量较好、耐磨性好和重量轻等优点,能降低梳棉机的消耗,延长活动盖板使用周期。

Abstract:The causes of heel-and-toe section abrasion of removable rotation flats of carding machine were explained by analyzing the structure of the removable rotation flats of carding machine and its running state during operation in carding area, and a measurement method on heel-and-toesection was proposed. Contrast experiments were conducted on frequently-used cast iron rotation flats and aluminium alloy rotation flats. The results showed that aluminium alloy rotation flats performed better in reducing energy consumption of carding machine and extending the service life of removable cover plate for its advantages of good yarn quality, high wear resistance, and light weight.
