牛奶蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维/莫代尔/氨纶混合产品的定量分析方法初探

摘    要:为了解决牛奶蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维/莫代尔/氨纶混合产品缺乏定量分析方法标准的困难,通过对混合物中各纤维溶解性能的分析,选择3种试验方案进行比对测试,对方案进行优化,然后根据测试结果优选出最佳试验方案后,再进行复现性测试,结果表明:用次氯酸钠/65%硫氰酸钾溶解去除牛奶蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维,再用20%盐酸溶解去除莫代尔剩余氨纶的方案是可行的,根据t分布得出改进的方案测试值与真实值之间无显著差异,复现性良好,测试数据符合标准要求。

Abstract:To overcome the blank of quantitative analysis method standard of milk-casein-protein-modifying PAN fibre/modal/spandex mixture products,three test schemes were selected for comparison test based on analysis of fiber dissolution properties of the mixture,and scheme optimization was carried out.An optimal test scheme was determined based on the test results,and a reproducibility test was conducted.The results show that it is feasible to dissolve and remove milk-casein-protein-modifying PAN fibre with sodium hypochlorite/65%potassium thiocyanate,and then dissolve and remove modal and the remaining spandex with 20%hydrochloric acid.There is no significant difference between the improved scheme test values obtained via t-distribution and true values,the reproducibility is good,and the test data comply with the standard requirements.
