摘    要:采用自培养的硝化/亚硝化细菌和反硝化细菌构建了自然通风厌氧一体化复合垂直流生物滤池,研究了其对村镇生活污水中COD、TN和氨氮的去除性能。结果表明,该滤池中CODMn、TN和氨氮的去除率随水力停留时间(HRT)增加而增加;随浓度增加而下降。当HRT为14.4h时,滤池对塘生活排污口水样中的TN、TON和CODMn的平均去除率分别为(30.0%±2.38%)、(39.6%±3.89%)和(70.0%±1.43%)。该滤池对COD具有良好的去除性能,对总氮(主要是有机氮)具有较好的去除性能,可用于拦截村镇面源污染水体中的COD和总氮(主要是有机氮),滤池出水清澈、无堵塞和微生物悬浮现象。

Abstract:A composite vertical flow bio-filter with the integration of natural aerobic condition and anaerobic condition was constructed using self-cultivating nitrobacteria/nitrosobacteria and denitrifying bacteria.The COD,TN and NH3-N removal performances in rural domestic wastewater were studied.The results showed that the removal rates of COD,TN and NH3-N in the bio-filter increased with HRT,but decreased with the increase of concentration.When HRT was 14.4 h,the removal efficiencies of TN,TON and COD by the bio-filter in the sample taken from the domestic sewage outlet of the pond were(30.0%±2.38%),(39.6%±3.89%)and(70.0%±1.43%),respectively.The bio-filter have excellent removal performance for COD and relatively good removal performance for TN(mainly be TON),and can be used for interception of COD and TN(mainly be TON)in rural water bodies polluted by non-point source sewage.The effluent from the bio-filter is clear without the phenomena of clogging and microbial suspension.
