大石峡天然砂砾石料碾压试验研究

摘    要:大石峡水利枢纽工程混凝土面板砂砾石坝最大坝高247.0 m,是目前国内外在建的最高的面板坝,首要关键技术问题是坝体变形控制。通过现场砂砾石料的碾压试验,以期获得合适的压实标准和压实施工参数。试验进行了压实机械、加水量、铺料厚度和碾压遍数的比选,进行了砂砾石料原级配相对密度试验,通过比选获得了推荐的压实标准和压实参数。

Abstract:The concrete face sand-gravel dam of the Dashixia Water Control Project has a maximum dam height of 247.0 m which is the highest currently under construction at home and abroad.The fundamental key technical issue is the deformation control of the dam body.Through the on-site sand and gravel material rolling test,it is expected to obtain appropriate compaction standards and compaction work parameters.In the test,the compaction machinery,the amount of water added,the thickness of the spreading material and the number of rolling passes were compared and selected.The relative density test of the original graded sand gravel was conducted and the recommended compaction standards and parameters were obtained through comparison and selection.
