摘    要:随着城镇污水排放标准对氮、磷等营养物的严格控制,传统污水处理工艺迎来巨大挑战。MUCT-MBR工艺因其在强化脱氮除磷方面的优势受到人们逐步关注。考察了不同水力停留时间(HRT)条件下MUCT-MBR工艺对模拟生活污水处理效果及膜污染的影响。结果表明,8 h是系统对污染物去除效果最适的HRT,该条件下出水平均COD为14.57 mg/L,TN、TP、NH3-N质量浓度分别为6.91、1.82、0.354 mg/L,平均去除率为92.46%、80.51%、54.14%、99.08%。结合化学除磷后,出水TP平均浓度低至0.164 mg/L,所有指标均能达到DB 51/2311-2016,但化学除磷会加快膜污染速度,而化学清洗可以有效缓解膜污染。

Abstract:With the strict control of nitrogen,phosphorus and other nutrients in urban sewage discharge standards,the traditional sewage treatment technology has been facing great challenges.The MUCT-MBR process has been paid more and more attention because of its advantages in strengthening nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The effect of MUCT-MBR process on simulated domestic sewage treatment and membrane pollution under different hydraulic retention time(HRT)conditions was investigated.The result showed that,8 h was the most suitable HRT for pollutant removal in this system,under which the average concentration of COD,TN,TP,NH3-N in effluent was 14.57 mg/L,6.91 mg/L,1.82 mg/L and 0.354 mg/L respectively,the average removal rate was 92.46%,80.51%,54.14%,99.08%respectively.After combining with chemical phosphorus removal,the average concentration of TP in effluent was as low as 0.164 mg/L,and all the index could meet the water pollutant emission standards in the Minjiang and Tuojiang river basins of Sichuan Province(DB51/2311-2016).However,chemical dephosphorization can accelerate membrane fouling,and chemical cleaning can effectively alleviate membrane fouling.
