广南高速服务区污水处理与回用工程设计

摘    要:针对广南高速某服务区缺水问题突出、远离城市、工程性引入自来水造价惊人等问题,设计采用"地下水淡化+污水深度处理+中水回用+雨水补给"的全过程资源化利用模式。地下水经淡化膜系统净化处理后,达到GB5749-2006规定指标,可供服务区生活用水;然后,服务区产生的废水经污水处理系统处理后,达到GB 8978-1996中一级标准,设计处理量为140 m^3/d。中水回用系统对污水处理系统出水和收集雨水进行深度处理,使之达到GB/T18920-2002标准,根据最大用水量,中水回用系统处理量为200 m^3/d。增加雨水收集与利用系统,通过计算,设计处理量为50 m^3/d。

Abstract:Due to the lack of water resources in the service area of Guangnan expressway,keep away from the city,and the cost of introducing tap water into the project is astonishing,the design adopted the resource utilization mode of’groundwater desalination+wastewater advanced treatment+reclaimed water reuse+rainwater recharge’in whole process.The groundwater reached the standard of GB 5749-2006 after membrane system purification,which can be used for domestic water in the service area.The wastewater produced in the service area was treated by the sewage treatment system and met the first level standard of GB 8978-1996,and the designed treatment capacity was 140 m^3/d.The advanced treatment of effluent collected from sewage treatment system and collected rainwater was carried out by reclaimed water reuse system,so as to make it met the standards of GB/T 18920-2002,according to the maximum water consumption,the treatment capacity of the reclaimed water reuse system was 200 m^3/d.The rainwater collection and utilization system was added,and the designed treatment capacity was 50 m^3/d by calculation.
