宽频暂态电场测量装置的研究

摘    要:暂态过电压是影响电网安稳运行的重要因素之一,对暂态过电压的准确测量具有十分重要意义。为此,基于空间电场效应的测量方式设计了一种宽频暂态电场测量装置。首先,介绍了基于非接触式电容互感器测量电场的原理;其次,完成了外部传感器结构及内部电路设计;最后,在实验室条件下对研制的测量装置进行了工频和冲击电压试验。结果显示,该测量装置的测量误差在5%以内,同时测量装置频率响应在5 Hz^5 MHz间较为平坦,对于工频电压及1.2μs/50μs的标准雷电全波可有效捕捉。

Abstract:Transient overvoltage is one of the important factors affecting the stable operation of power grid,and the accurate measurement of transient overvoltageit is of great significance.For this reason,a measuring device for wideband transient electric field is designed based on the measurement method of space electric field effect.Firstly,the principle of measuring the electric field based on non-contact capacitive transformer is introduced.Secondly,the design of its external structure and internal circuit is completed.Finally,under laboratory conditions,power frequency and impulse voltage tests are performed on the developed measuring device.The results show that the measurement error of the proposed measuring device is within 5%,and its frequency response covers 5 Hz and 5 MHz.It can effectively capture the power frequency voltage and the standard lightning full wave of 1.2μs/50μs.
