钢桁-混凝土叠合梁桥双层SMA桥面铺装施工技术研究

近年来,钢桁-混凝土叠合梁在桥梁建设中运用的越来越多。钢桁-混凝土叠合梁的施工重点在于桥面铺装层,桥面铺装质量和性能将直接影响到汽车行驶舒适性和安全性。本文结合SMA铺装材料,研发了一种新型钢桁-混凝土叠合梁桥SMA桥面铺装施工技术,该技术可大幅提高双层SMA桥面铺装质量及铺装精度,对钢桁-混凝土叠合梁桥的桥面铺装施工具有参考意义。

Study on construction technology of steel truss-concretecomposite beam bridge with double deck SMA deck pavement

In recent years,more and more steel truss concrete composite beams are used in bridge construction.The construction of steel truss concrete composite beam focuses on the deck pavement.The quality and performance of deck pavement will directly affect the driving comfort and safety of vehicles.In this paper,a new construction technology of SMA deck pavement of steel truss concrete composite girder bridge is developed based on SMA pavement materials.This technology can greatly improve the quality and accuracy of double-layer SMA deck pavement,which is of reference significance to the construction of steel truss concrete composite girder bridge deck pavement.
