苏阿皮蒂水电大坝溢流坝段台阶模板的设计与应用

在几内亚苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目中,根据大坝溢流坝段设计体型要求,借鉴了翻转模板的设计思路,并结合工程实际,设计并应用了符合自身特征的台阶模板,为大坝碾压混凝土的快速、连续施工创造了有利条件,也为与碾压混凝土快速施工相适应的模板进行了补充和完善,通过实践为该型模板的设计和使用积累了一定的经验。

Design and Application of Step Template for Dam Overflow Dam Section of Suapiti Project

In the Suapiti water conservancy project in Guinea,according to the design requirements of the overflow dam section,the design idea of the flip template was used for reference,and combined with the actual condition of the project,the step template conforming to its own characteristics was designed and applied.It has created favorable conditions for the rapid and continuous construction of dam roller compacted concrete,and also supplemented and perfected the template suitable for the rapid construction of RCC.Through the engineering practice,it has accumulated some experience for the design and use of this type of formwork.
