一柱一桩支撑系统施工技术分析

摘    要:佛山碧桂园总部三期工程施工中,钢管柱采用逆作法施工技术,结合本工程,简要介绍了逆作法钢管柱的施工原理;详细总结了其施工要点,包括施工流程、桩基成孔及钢筋笼下放、校正架安装、钢管柱吊装及其标高调整、轴线控制、垂直度检测与调整、浇筑混凝土及回填砂石。工程实践表明,最终实现钢柱垂直度控制在1/500以内,施工质量、进度满足设计规范要求,对今后采用校正架进行一柱一桩施工有较大的指导意义。

Abstract:The top-down method was used in the construction of steel tube columns for the Foshan Country Garden headquarters phase iii project.Based on this project,the principle of top-down construction method for steel tube columns was briefly introduced in this paper and the construction points in details were also summarized.The points included the construction process,pile foundation opening,reinforcing cage positioning,correction frame installation and steel tube column hoisting as well as elevation adjustment,axis control,verticality detection and adjustment for the steel tube columns,pouring concrete and backfilling gravel.The engineering practice shows that the verticality of the steel column is controlled within 1/500,the design requirements of construction quality and progress were met.
