| 摘 要： | 对九江石化总厂新增中压蒸汽管道通过借用相邻冷凝液管线建立循环清洗流程 ,采用柠檬酸清洗工艺 ,清洗后管线仅用 7天就吹扫合格 ,顺利投入使用 ,既节约了时间 ,又节约了资金 ,取得了显著的经济效益 .

| Abstract: | The new
installing medium pressure steam pipeline of Jiu jiang Petrochem ical Complex was cleaned
by way of citric acid chemical cleaning technology,whic h constructed circular system with
nearby concreted water pipeline.It only took 7 days to get the standard of steam-blowing
after cleaning,and the steam pipelin e could be used freely.It not only saved time,but
also economize.The economical effect was very excellent. |
