电磁气门驱动设计及其电磁铁静吸力特性试验

摘    要:根据双弹簧、双电磁铁的电磁气门驱动 (Electromagnetic Valve Actuation,EVA)原理 ,设计制作了用于探索性试验研究的 EVA装置及其电磁铁静吸力特性试验系统 ,测量了电磁铁的静吸力特性。试验结果表明 :1)电磁铁的电磁力达到了设计点的要求 ;2 )在 EVA动态试验中应考虑 3个问题 ,即 :在初始化过程后期线圈逐渐减小电流、保持阶段保证电磁力大于弹簧力以及过渡过程后期线圈所通电流随气隙而变化。

Abstract:Based on the operating principles of electromagnetic valve actuation (EVA) with two springs,two electromagnets,a prototype EVA and a test system for static electromagnetic force are developed.The test of electromagnets shows that at the design point the electromagnetic force requirements are met.Three aspects should be considered in the future work of dynamic EVA test:gradually reducing the coil current at the later stage of initialization phase,keeping the electromagnetic force greater than spring force at the holding phase,and altering the current with the air gap at the later stage of transition phase.
