| 摘 要： | 在分析了地籍海量数据管理逐步困难的基础上,根据地籍工作的流程和信息技术的特点,结合工作流的思想,以资源地理信息系统（RGIS）为开发平台,进行地籍信息系统的具体体系结构设计、功能结构设计和具体模块设计,并成功为某市开发了地籍信息系统.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the difficulty of great data management for the local places.Base on the processing and the information technology features of the local paces works and in combination of the ideal of the work flow,the paper had a certain system structure design,function structure design and certain mode design of the local place information system with the resource geography information system(RGIS) as the development platform,a local place information system was successfully developed for a city. |
