彩色建筑节能热反射隔热涂料研究

摘    要:以高温烧结彩色陶瓷空心微珠为热反射隔热涂料的功能填料,制备了各色热反射隔热涂料,对涂层结构和组成配比进行了研究,试验结果表明:在相同颜色条件下,添加有彩色陶瓷空心微殊的涂层热传导率低,近红外反射率明显高于普通涂层,与染色的空心微珠相比,耐酸碱性、耐候性和耐高温性能优异,在建筑节能、工业仓储保温方面,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Taking colorful ceramic hollow microsphere by high temperature sinter as heat reflection thermal insulation filler,all kinds of heat reflection thermal insulation coating have been prepared.Test results show that in similar color condition,the heat conductivity of colorful ceramic hollow microsphere coating is low,the near infrared reflectivity higher than that of normal coating.Compared with dyeing hollow microsphere,the acid and alkali resistance,weather and high temperature resistance is excellent and su...
