| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了硼砂碳解化学反应的机理,提出了在线计算碳解率和对反应时间进行优化计算的方法,并开发了相应的微机监控系统.该监控系统在现场进行了调试运行,它能实现3个回路控制及反应时间优化等功能.

| Abstract: | The chemical reaction mechanism for borax leaching process using carbon dioxide and aqueous solution of sodium carbonate is studied.The on-line method of calculating the conversion rate and the optimum reaction time is discussed.The monitored control system by microcomputer which can simulate and optimize the reaction process and realize the other functions is developed.The system is installed and tested in a factory. |
