| 摘 要： | 分析了如工艺因素、温度因素、循环风因素、外界环境及原丝因素等影响间歇式烘干炉烘干效果的部分关键控制因素点,介绍了各因素的控制方式,并对导致因素点出现异常的原因进行分析,根据分析结果采取了部分调整解决方法,以保证烘炉的烘干效果。

| Abstract: | Factors affecting the drying performance of batch-type ovens,such as process technology,temperature,circulating air,external environment and strand properties,and their control methods were studied. The reasons for the abnormalities of these factors were analyzed,based on which some solutions were worked out to ensure the drying effect of the ovens. |
