深锥筒形件挤压工艺的数值模拟优化

摘    要:用MSC Superform软件对温挤压成形工艺进行模拟,分析并优化不同挤压模型的金属流动情况及应变大小,对比不同工艺条件下的挤压力大小. 模拟结果表明,综合考虑金属流动情况和模具强度及使用寿命,选用一步挤压并且成孔较好,对实际生产指导意义较强.

Abstract:The technology of warm extrusion is numerically simulated in MSC Superform software. The metal flow situation and equivalent strain in different model are analyzed, and the stress under different technics is compared. Considering metal flow situation, and mold strength and its life-span, the result show that it is better to select one step. It has good guiding significance to practical producing.
