摘    要:针对目前用电火花加工带冠整体叶轮叶间通道存在的加工效率问题,在分析和处理带冠整体叶轮型面数据的基础上,提出了电解粗加工与电火花加工相结合的加工方法,并依据计算机仿真对加工轨迹和工具阴极的形状进行了设计和修正,经过初步工艺试验表明,整个加工效率可提高20%。

Abstract:From the study on processing the data that depict the blade surface of the cowled integral impeller, the shaping law to process the cowled integral impeller with ECCEM was obtained. Then the shape of the tool - cathode and its path were adjusted according to the computer simulation. The technique to process the cowled integral impeller was achieved through many technical experiments and the tunnel of the cowled integral impeller was processed. The whole process efficiency has been improved by 20% by the numerical control e-lectric discharge precision machining.
