基于C8051 拉力测试系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一种拉力测试系统。拉力测试系统以C8051处理器为控制核心,采用了高共模抑制比低温漂的仪表放大器AD623和C8051内部自带的AD对信号进行放大处理,通过IR2110和IRF530组成的直流电机驱动电路控制电机的转速。电路通用性强,性价比高,可广泛应用于各种材料的力学性能试验。

Abstract:A pulling force test system force measuring system was designed.The pulling force test system used C8051processor as the control core,and a high common mode rejection ratio,low temperature drift instrumentation amplifier AD623 and C8051 internal AD to amplify the signal processing,the application through the IR2110 and IRF530 consisting of DC motor drive circuit to control the speed of the motor.The circuit has strong universality,high performance-price ratio,and can be widely applied to various material mechanical performance test.
