摘    要:为探明不同施钾量对烤烟高钾新品系钾含量和生理特性的影响,以K326为对照,高钾新品系GK8为供试材料,分析比较了烟株在不同供钾水平下钾含量及生理特性的差异。研究结果表明:烤烟高钾新品系各部位烟叶和茎中钾含量随着施钾量的增加而增加,而根中的钾含量却降低;施钾可促进烤烟高钾新品系生长前期合成叶绿素的能力,提高硝酸还原酶的活性,并对过氧化物酶活性有一定的调节作用。

Abstract:Effect of potassium application on potassium content and physiological characteristic of new flue-cured tobacco strains with high potassium efficiency was investigated.Field experiments with flue-cured tobacco K326(CK)and GK8(with high potassium efficiency) were conducted to compare difference of potassium content and physiological characteristics with various potassium application rate.Results showed that potassium content in leaves and steam increased decreased in root with the increase of potassium application rate.Potassium application could promote chlorophyll synthesis,increase NR activity,and to some extent adjust POD activity.
