功率超声换能器电声效率及辐射声功率的测量

摘    要:在高频电功率计方法的基础上,本文提出了一种能够直接测量大功率压电超声换能器在实用状态下的辐射超声功率以及电声效率的新方法。与传统的高频电功率计法相比,本方法避免了介电以及机械损耗功率的测试,简化了测试步骤。

Abstract:Based on the high frequency electrical power meter method ,a new method is presented in this paper that can measure the radiated ultrasonic power and the electro acoustical efficiency of high power transducers under practical conditions.Compared with the traditional method,the dielectric and mechanical loss powers in the transducer are not needed to measure in this method.The new method has the advantages of saving measurement time,high measurenent precision,and simple measurement instruments.
