| 摘 要： | 对轮胎模具电火花加工的型腔深度误差进行分析研究,提出了一种在线测量方法,利用数控系统对测量数据进行统计分析,并进行在线修整,提高了轮胎模具的型腔深度精度.

| Abstract: | A method of measure on line for die depth was presented,analysising the depth error of the tire mould in EDM.The measuring data was statisticsed and analysised on CNC,and further,finishing on line was carried out.The result shows that the depth precision of tire mould was promoted. |
