| Abstract: | The article gives an overview of auditorial results of cleaner production(CP) conducted in 10 chemical plants during implementation of World Bank Project on promoting CP in China. The strategies on promoting pollution prevention and sustainable development in the chemical enterprises are analyzed and some specific suggestions on promoting CP in Chinais chemical industry are made. |
