Abstract:The rigid body of shearer dynamics model and mathematics model has been set up through simplifying and assumption. On the basis on that, the program of computer worked out the solution of shearer's vibration differential equation and the vibration curves which simulated the effect of mass, rigid, damp, and so on. On machine vibration under all kind of working conditions and loading, the validity of shearer's dynamics model has been proved by the result of experimental analysis. That will provide important theoretical basis for the design of shearer in future.
