| Abstract: | The calculation formula of ultimate capacities of cross section bending loads of RC beams strengthened with CFS are deduced under each failing situation, with secondary loads being considered. Calculation results with secondary loads being and not being considered are analyzed and compared both quantitatively and qualitatively. |
