摘    要:泄漏不可避免地带来污染,污染磨损导致齿轮泵内泄漏增加,容积效率下降而影响齿轮泵的寿命.本文以试验的方法探讨了齿轮泵污染磨损的影响因素,在齿轮泵污染磨损敏感度试验的基础上,进一步分析讨论了泄漏与污染磨损之间的相互影响,为减小齿轮泵内泄漏和提高其使用寿命提供了参考.

Abstract:Leakage brings out contamination inevitably and contaminant abrasion leads to the inccease of internal leakage, the decline of volumetric efficiency, and the service life. The factors that influence the contaminant abrasion of external gear pump were found by experiment. Based on the experiment of the sensibility of gear pump contaminant abrasion, the interaction between leakage and contamination was discussed, which provides reference for decreasing the leakage and heightening the service life.
