摘    要:本文以注射成型照相机前壳为研究对象,以注塑成型中的翘曲量为优化目标,利用正交试验结合CAE模拟技术,研究模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压时间、保压压力和冷却时间对制品翘曲的影响规律。用均值分析法得到最小翘曲变形的一组优化工艺参数组合,并进行CAE模拟验证。再运用方差分析确定各个工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响程度。

Abstract:This paper based on the front shell of camera injection molding as the research object,the warpage is treated as optimization objective,the orthogonal experiment and CAE technology were applied to research the effects of mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,packing time,hold pressure and cool time on part’s warp.The optimum parameter warpage were obtained by ANOM and carry on the comfirmation test.The degree of each process parameter’s effect on warpage was obtained by ANOVA analysis.
