摘    要:针对304系、430系及403系不锈钢,用铁、铬、镍为基体的检量线,采用电感耦合等离子(ICP)发光法对硅、磷进行定量分析。当λSi=251611nm、λP=178.287nm时,对测定影响大的试料,可采用直接峰测光方式进行测量,能得到满意的结果。

Abstract:In this paper,silicon and phosphorus in three series of stainless steel,such as 304,430 and 403 are determined by ICP AES with Fe,Ni and Cr as internal standard elements.Selecting P178.287 and Si 251.611 nm as analyzing line and using direct peak determination method,the research obtains satisfactory results although the matrix in those stainless steel has great effect on the analysis process.
