直流经串补接入系统下的谐波振荡分析及控制措施

摘    要:2017年5月29日永富直流工程发生一起因区外交流故障引发的换相失败,其间大量谐波被激发且长时间不衰减导致多组滤波器跳闸及直流限功率。文中结合现场录波和事件记录分析了事件中的谐波特征和恢复特性,提出了直流经全串补线路接入交流电网发生谐波振荡是激发大量谐波的直接原因,分析了谐波衰减特性与滤波器组数的关系。结合EMTDC仿真分析,验证了谐波特性与串补、直流功率及高抗的关系,在此基础上提出直流运行控制方案并实施自动旁路串补控制措施。最后现场试验验证了直流控制措施的有效性。

Abstract:On May 29, 2017, a commutation failure occurred in Yongfu DC project in China due to out-of-zone AC system short circuit fault. During this course, a large number of harmonics were excited and sustained for a long time, resulting in tripping of multiple groups of filters and DC power limiting. In this paper, the harmonic characteristics and recovery characteristics of the incident are analyzed based on the on-site recording and sequences of event. It is proposed that harmonic oscillation of DC connected to AC network via full series compensated lines is the direct cause of generating a large number of harmonics. The relationship between harmonic attenuation characteristics and the number of filter groups is qualitatively analyzed. Combined with EMTDC simulation analysis, the relationship between harmonic characteristics and series compensation, DC power and high reactance is verified. On this basis, DC operation control scheme is proposed and automatic bypass series compensation control measures are implemented. Finally, field tests verify the effectiveness of DC control measures.
