| 摘 要： | 针对核电的关键部件,如管道预制、阀门接管对接焊、控制棒驱动机构Ω密封焊、电加热元件管在役更换、提镎罐封装焊、放射源封装端面焊等部件的焊接现状及其特点,提出了自动焊接的智能解决方案。用创新思维、新技术、新装备替代传统手工焊,提升了部件质量,降本增效,极大限度地降低了劳动力强度。国产自动焊接装备替代了进口装备,提升核电国际化竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to the present status and features of key components for nuclear power,such as piping prefabrication,valves to take over the butt welding,control rod drive mechanism Ω seal welding,electric heating element tube replacement in service,neptunium tank sealing welding and radioactive source assembly welding,put forward the solution for automatic welding of intelligence. With innovative thinking,new technology,new equipment to replace the traditional manual welding,improve product quality,reduce labor intensity. Part of the auto welding equipment also replaced the imported welding equipment,to upgrade the localization rate of the nuclear power to welding equipment,to help promote the competitiveness of the internationalization of nuclear power. |
